Vehicle and trailer wrapping

Commercial vehicle wrapping is one of our few specialties. We can wrap almost anything – cars, utes, vans, trucks, buses, trailers etc.

Full Wrap or Partial Wrap

There is nothing more powerfull than a fully wrapped vehicle with eye-catching design and graphics.

It is by far the most cost-effective way of advertising your company products and services 24/7 and wherever you move. Also, vehicle wrapping is a great way to protect and preserve your vehicle original paint from UV radiation, scratching and stone chips. Partial wrap is an alternative to a full wrap as it is less expensive. Partial wrap can be combined with spot signage and final result can be as good as a full wrap.

Material we use

To insure long lasting and high quality printed graphics we are using Avery Dennison (MPI1105) wrapping film for all our custom-printed partial and full wraps. For colour change and re-styling we use Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Film. All printed graphics are laminated with a clear protective film which protects graphics from scratching as well as it extends life of the wrap by 2-3 years. There is a range of finishes to choose from: gloss, matte, satin, carbon fiber, chrome, metallic, reflective, fluro etc.

Price guide

  • Fully wrapped van e.g. Toyota Hiace is around $3,800, plus designing costs, if required.
  • Partial van wrap can cost around $1,500 to $2,400, depending on how much of van is being covered.
  • Trailer wrapping is around $100 per square metre (non-riveted flat surface).

Design - Print - Installation

Once we agree on the scope of project then we schedule an installation and move onto designing.

Designing is the first step in the process – if a client does not have a ready to print wrap design. Once the design is finalised and confirmed then we move onto printing. Once everything is printed the graphics needs to dry for about 24-48 hours before it is ready for lamination. Once you get your vehicle to us then we have to remove a number of parts like door handle, wipers, rego plates, etc. Final step prior to installation is cleaning it thoroughly – this is the most important step. For a full wrap we will need your van for 2- 3 days.

For a partial wrap we will need it for a day or two. If it is a trailer wrap then it can be done at your place too as it does not take that long to install.

Expected life of wrap film

  • Printed wrap can last for about 4-5 years (vertical sides) before it starts fading or changing its colour. If vehicle is garaged then it can last much longer.
  • As for coloured (non-printed) wraps, they can last longer, usually 7+ years (vertical sides). Proper maintenance is key to your wrap (using wrap film care products and regular washing).
  • Today’s wrap films are easily removable up to 5 years.
